Payments, Refunds, Returns
If you are unhappy with the item that you have received, please contact customer support first by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Merchandise returned to our warehouse without contacting customer service will not be process correctly.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, our back-end system automatically sends your order to be produced by our production facility. Once the production process is complete, its ready for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Please place your order carefully. You must contact our customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Our staff will attempt to intercept the order before it goes into production. However, we do not guarantee we will be able to do so.
Everyone at Satori Stylez is committed to making sure customers are satisfied with our products and happy with their purchases. In the event that your Satori Stylez leggings are not what you expected, you are free to return them within 14 days of your purchase date. Returned items must be in original condition, unwashed / unworn and approved by our returns department.
We do not accept returns out of remorse / change of mind. We print on demand and therefor we cannot accept these returns. Requests for exchange of size does not allow for a change in style. Items returned without prior approval will be shipped back to the customer.
While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Below are the steps you need to follow to return an item:
1. Email email@example.com - Before a return can be processed, we need to verify the purchase was made on satoristylez.com. We also need to confirm the item(s) being returned were purchased in the last 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but after 30 days all sales are final.
2. Repackage your return and include the original receipt - Every Satori Stylez order is shipped with a receipt that is included in the package.
3. Ship the package back to the Satori Stylez - Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx To:

Charges and Credits:
Shipping charges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Satori Stylez. However, Satori Stylez will refund 100% of what you paid us. We will not deduct any original shipping charges out of your refund.
Receiving your refund: Satori Stylez does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or PayPal account originally used.
